Gong bath 6:30 p.m. – 7:45 p.m

The gong, as the most powerful tone source, generates a spectrum of tones and vibrations that affect the auditory cortex and the human psyche in a way comparable to peak experience and initiation.
The resulting feeling of lightness, combined with a special clarity, is very beneficial for the development of new perspectives. Emerging from this journey, when sounds and stillness become one, moments of integration happen and very often the feeling of oneness arises. Afterwards you will feel more energetic and more “at home in your own body”.

Meditation 7:45 pm – 9:00 pm

In the second part of the evening, Slawomir will select one of his more than 70 light body, breathing and movement meditations that is most suitable for the respective evening and the group. You will get to know powerful visualizations, movement or breathing mediations that you can also practice at home. They relate to universal topics such as life energy, relaxation & sleep quality, breathing or balance of giving and taking, finding your center, strengthening practical intuition or overcoming identification with the physical, emotional or mental bodies.
